bitte beachten Sie folgende Hinweise:
  • Bitte erscheinen Sie pünktlich. Die gebuchten Tische werden für max. 20 min. ab der Reservierungsuhrzeit reserviert. Sollte der Kunde/die Kundin nach 20 min. immer noch nicht erscheinen, werden die Tische ohne Weiteres vergeben und der Kunde verliert jeglichen Anspruch auf den Tisch. Die Kund*innen werden vor Ort auf die Wartelist gesetzt.
  • Aufgrund der begrenzten Räumlichkeiten gibt es bei uns leider KEINE FREIE TISCHWAHL. Sie werden kapazitätsgerecht, unter Berücksichtigung des Reservierungsdatums, der Uhrzeit und der Personenanzahl, platziert.
  • Bei kurzfristigen Änderungen Ihrer Reservierungsdaten, wie Personenanzahl, Uhrzeit, Datum oder Stornierung sowie bei Fragen zu Ihrem Besuch bei uns, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter: Tel: 069 701287 oder E-Mail: namasteshetty@gmail.com oder tonyshetty@gmail.com oder nehmen Sie bitte die entsprechenden Veränderungen im Reservierungstool vor.
  • Die Belegungsdauer eines Tischs beträgt 2 Stunden. In der Regel können Sie diese allerdings problemlos überschreiten. Vor allem an Wochenenden, Feiertagen und Messezeiten werden Sie nach 2 Stunden darum gebeten, den Tisch freizugeben für die nächsten Kund*innen. Wir bitten daher um Verständnis. Reservierungen die für 20:00 Uhr getätigt werden, können bis 23:30 Uhr verbleiben.. Wir bitten daher um Verständnis.
  • Für einen Kinderwagen gibt es leider keinen Platz in unserem Restaurant. Dieser muss eingeklappt außerhalb des Restaurants verstaut werden. Bei Gelegenheit helfen unsere Mitarbeiter Ihnen. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für den Kinderwagen und sämtlichen Inhalte.
  • Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Wertsachen, Taschen und Jacken, die Sie an der Garderobe aufhängen. Bitte entnehmen Sie daher alle Wertsachen im Voraus.
  • Bei Allergien und Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten sprechen Sie diese bitte unbedingt vor der Bestellung beim Servicepersonal an und beachten Sie bitte die kennzeichnungspflichtigen Allergene auf unserer Speisekarte. Sie dürfen auch gerne mehrere Mitarbeiter ansprechen und dies erneut beim Servieren des Essens ansprechen. Wir nehmen Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten sehr ernst.
  • Wir akzeptieren keine Reservierungen für Dating-Events (z.B. Timeleft, Face2face, etc) und bitten die Organisator*innen derartiger Portale, keine Dating-Events in unserem Gastronomie-Betrieb zu veranstalten, da diese automatisch wieder storniert werden. Wir bitten um Verständnis.
Please take note of the following important information:

  • Please be on time. Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes from the designated reservation time. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, the reservation will be cancelled, and the table will be made available to other guests. In this case, you will be placed on the waiting list upon arrival.

  • Due to limited space, we are unable to offer free table selection. Seating arrangements are made based on capacity and reservation date.

  • Should there be any changes to your reservation, such as alterations in the number of guests, time, date, or if you need to cancel, please notify us by phone or email at your earliest convenience.   • The standard duration for table occupancy is 2 hours. Esepcially on weekends, holidays and during exhibition periods, our service staff will kindly request you to vacate table after 2 hours to accommodate other guests. For reservations booked at 8 pm or later you may stay till 11:30 pm. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Due to space constraints, we regret to inform you that strollers cannot be accommodated inside the restaurant. Strollers must be folded and stored outside. Our staff will be available to assist when possible, but please note that we cannot be held liable for strollers or their contents.

  • We are not responsible for any valuables, bags, or coats left in the wardrobe. Please remove phones, wallets and other valuables before hanging them.

  • For reservations of 16 or more people, please contact us by phone (069 701287) or email (namasteshetty@gmail.com).

  • If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please inform our service staff before placing your order and refer to the allergen information provided on our menu.

  • We remain the right to cancel any reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • We categorically reject any and all commercial dating-events taking place at our restaurant (e.g. Timeleft, face2face). Therefore we kindly ask the organizers of these platform to abstain from attempting to book an event at our location. Thank your for your understanding.

  • Für die Reservierung selbst fallen keine Kosten an, nur für das nicht Wahrnehmen bzw. die zu späte Stornierung. Die Reservierung selbst ist kostenlos.
  • Eine kostenlose Stornierung Ihrer Reservierung ist in der Regel bis 24 Stunden vorher möglich, doch aus Kulanz, gestatten wir auch eine kostenfreie Stornierung bis 8 Stunden vorher. Sie können Ihre Reservierung telefonisch unter 069 701287 oder per E-Mail via namasteshetty@gmail.com oder tonyshetty@gmail.com oder über den Stornobutton in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail stornieren.
  • Sollten Sie Ihre Reservierung nicht wahrnehmen oder zu kurzfristig stornieren, behalten wir uns vor Ihre Kreditkarte mit 40,00€ pro Person (inkl. MwSt.) zu belasten.
  • Sollten Sie, wie geplant, zur Ihrer Reservierung mit entsprechender Personenzahl (+/- 2 Personen) erscheinen oder rechtzeitig stornieren bzw. die Personenanzahl/Uhrzeit entsprechend anpassen, ist die Reservierung selbstverständlich kostenlos! (keine Reservierungsgebühren)
  • Bitte erscheinen Sie pünktlich.

For reservations of more than 8 people:

  • The reservations is free of any charge
  • However, if you are unable to attend your reservation or need to cancel on short notice, we reserve the right to charge your with credit card €40.00 per person (including VAT). 
  • Please note that there are no charges for making the reservation itself; fees are only applied for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we allow free cancellations up to 8 hours prior to your reservation. To cancel, please contact us by phone at 069 701287, via email at namasteshetty@gmail.com or tonyshetty@gmail.com, or use the cancellation button in your confirmation email.
  • If you attend your reservation as planned with the appropriate number of guests (+/- 2 people) or if you cancel or adjust the reservation in a timely manner, there will be no charge. Your reservation remains completely free of any fees.
  • Please arrive on time.
